Cosy sweaters, warm tea, mulled wine, Christmas markets and cookies - winter can come! This recipe is vegan, easy and quick to prepare and tastes just like heaven!
50g icing sugar (sifted)
½ tablespoon superfood coffee Relax (lupine coffee with 0% caffeine, refined with cocoa and vanilla)
20g grated dark chocolate
For the casting:
Approx. 100g orange jam
Approx. 100g vegan couverture
That's how it's done
1. Melt the margarine and then mix with the icing sugar in a bowl.
2. Mix the flour, cocoa, coffee powder and chocolate flakes and mix into the mass.
3. Form small balls from the dough and press lightly flat with a fork on a greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 160° for about 10 minutes.
4. Then cool and allow to set. For the icing, heat the jam and melt the couverture. First dip half of the finished biscuits into the jam, then cover with chocolate. Leave to dry and you're done!
Tip: You can experiment with our different superfood coffee powders. Depending on how much you want to taste the coffee and whether you want the cookies to wake you up or calm you down, you can vary coffee powder and quantity according to your preferences.
