Semolina Porridge vegan

We got another great breakfast recipe. Our Instagram friend Bekka (plantbased_blossom) added our superfood coffee Beauty to her basic semolina porridge breakfast recipe to give it a light coffee taste. Her semolina porridge is vegan and easy to combine with all kinds of toppings! 
This is what Bekka recommends: 'I cooked my semolina porridge with rice milk, superfood coffee and some coconut sugar and topped it with banana, pomegranate, puffed quinoa, blueberries, nuts, chocolate and cacao nibs. Best way to start the Sunday!' 
Semolina porridge recipe for two 
- 150g soft wheat semolina
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 750 ml rice milk
- 5 tbsp superfood coffee Beauty
- 2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
How to make it:
- Heat milk and stir in all ingredients
- Reduce heat and leave for 3-5 minutes
- Decorate with toppings (banana, pomegranate, coconut etc.)
Serve and enjoy!
