Raw-vegan glutenfree Tiramisu Bars

This dessert is the perfect healthy treat for New Year's Eve! Maison Gern´s Superfood Coffee "Shine" with cinnamon, tonka bean, and saffron gives it the perfect rounding.

All you need for the dough:
200g dates
80g oat flour
2 tsp superfood coffee powder

For the cream:
200g soaked cashews
50g coconut cream
1-2 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice (agave, coconut nectar or honey)
A few drops vanilla extract + some cocoa powder to top it! 🍫

Mix the dough ingredients in a food processor until you get a dough texture.
Divide into 12 little pieces and put it in a bar or muffin tray.
Put the cream ingredients in the food processor and mix until smooth.
Add on top of the dough and sprinkle some cocoa on top. Then put them in the fridge or freezer to set! (For 1-2 hours)
