Hazelnut-Coffee Cake

Alina reinvented an old classic for you – Hazelnut Cake with coffee.
'Who would like to have a slice of this delicious vegan Hazelnut-Coffee Cake? This cake is super easy to make and so yummy!'
Hazelnut-coffee cake recipe
- 250g ground hazelnuts
- 150g spelt flour
- 100g almond flour (or just spelt flour)
- 180g coconut sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 250-300ml plant-based milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs superfood coffee Shine mixed with 3 tbsp water
How to make it:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
- Add plant-based milk and superfood coffee
- Stir until smooth
- Pour the dough into a baking tin (lined with parchment paper)
- Bake for approx. 50 minutes
- Let it cool down and add chocolate coating if desired
