Gingerbread slices from the tin

The ideal last-minute Christmas recipe with that certain something!

500g spelt flour
200g sugar
50g cocoa
20g gingerbread spice
1 sachet baking powder
450ml oat milk
Superfood Coffee Shine (warm oat milk and dissolve the coffee in it - the other coffee blends also taste heavenly in the cuts!)
130g apple pulp
125ml rape oil
70g rice syrup
50g candied lemon peel
50g candied orange peel
100g chopped walnuts

How it´s done:
Work everything into a smooth dough and finally fold in candied lemon peel, candied orange peel, and nuts. Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Leave to cool, cut into pieces and dust with icing sugar.
