‘Perfect snack before you go for a run or hit the gym!’
Coffee Bliss Balls
- 240g soft dates
- 80g cashwes
- 20g dried coconut
- 5 small teaspoons superfood coffee Shape
- pinch of salt
How to make it:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix for 1-2 minutes
2. Form 12 bite-sized bliss balls
You can eat them right away or leave them in the fridge and eat them 30-40 minutes before your training. It'll boost your energy levels and keep you going!
