Before the last warm and sunny days are over we want to share Michaela’s amazing banana iced coffee recipe with you. We were surprised to find out that banana and our superfood coffee Relax taste great together.
Banana iced coffee recipe:
- 200 ml almond milk
- 2 dates (cored and best soaked overnight)
- 1 banana (previously cut into pieces and frozen)
- 1 tbsp tiger nut flour
- 1 tbsp almond paste
- a trace of vanilla powder
- 1 tsp Superfood Coffee Relax
How to make it:
Simply puree all ingredients in a mixer until creamy and enjoy cold. :-)
